It runs all the friggin time, absolutely chewing through my CPU (with anywhere from 1851% usage at a time) and making my Surface Pro 3 hot and loud. Is it at all possible to remove MsMpEng.exe without turning off defender However, if I could totally remove windows defender all together and get a better antivirus, that would be good too.
